Kate's approach

A warm, thoughtful and collaborative space

My supervision approach is rooted in kindness, curiosity and respect. It's a space where we can reflect on your work, think through challenges, notice what's going well and consider new perspectives.

I bring a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed lens, with a focus on ethical, client-centred practice. Supervision is tailored to you, so you can feel heard and properly looked after as a professional.
