Affirming, tailored support for neurodivergent children and young people.
Learn more about neurodiversity supportSessions are adapted to each child or young person. I use a range of approaches to help them feel comfortable, express themselves and build practical skills.

A relaxed, supportive conversation at their pace.

Drawing, art, play or other creative tools, when they help.

Mindfulness, games and practical strategies to explore feelings and build new skills.

Sessions are shaped around their age, interests and what feels right for them.

I work closely with parents and carers while respecting the child or young person's space and privacy. We can talk through your concerns, think about the best ways to support them and keep things joined up.
Find out moreI work with children from the age of 5, as well as tweens, teenagers and young adults up to 25.
We'll get to know each other in a relaxed way. For younger children, a parent or carer may join for part of it. There's no pressure to talk about anything difficult straight away.
It's worth thinking about if your child has seemed stuck, worried or not quite themselves for a while. A free intro call is a good way to talk it through, with no pressure to go ahead.
It depends on your child's age and what they're comfortable with. We'll agree together how you'll be kept in the loop, while giving them their own space.
